Affinity with trace fossil Spirophycus is suggested. "Deep sea environment" is a favored term used but absolute bathymetry remains a guess. See this link for discussions:
I think there may be more than one ichnotaxa here. Helminthopsis is a solid diagnosis for the traces displaying a smooth arcuate meander. However, there are some traces where there are more abrupt/sharp changes in direction (close to the edge of the shadow on the photo) which also potentially displaying branching. I think this may be a relatively poorly preserved form of Megagrapton. An association of these taxa would generally support a deep-marine/turbiditic setting.
I think you can ask to Drs. Mángano and Buatois. they made this book: https://www.springer.com/gp/book/9789401795999. They are specialist in ichnotaxas. Probably can tell you much more about your sample. Regards!
