Does anyone analyse the O.D reading in DNA Quantification-Spectrophotometry?

In PCR,by using saliva sample,i coulnt find one sample's band but Ladder and positive and negative controls are ok.

In DNA quantification-Spectrometry,20 muL DNA sample diluted with 1980muL of Nucleus free water.

And the readings are OD Value in 260nm is 0.043 and 280nm is 0.005.

can anyone analyse the concentration and give suggestions?
