We have some experince in erythrocyte 3D morphology study by the method of digital holographic interference microscopy. Our project propose to study3D morphology of blood erythrocytes in oncology diseases, and in the treatment (radiaton therapy, chemical therapy)

I'm generally interested because I've done research on holographic interference microcopy of microvessels and erythrocytes in the 90ies. Today the focus of my research group is image processing and 3D reconstruction and measurement. My PhD work is focused on 3D Electron tomography, starting from image acquisition , denoising, alignment and finally 3D reconstruction and segmentation.
I am not familiar with erythrocyte 3D morphology study, but I have experience in the study of 3D morphology of viruses like Ebola and HIV in addition to other Nano-Particles.
