Does anybody share a protocol for isolation of astrocytes from adult rat brains?

Hi, I need to isolate astrocytes from adult rat brains of age 2 to 6 month, and compare their properties in culture condition. It will be a great help, if anyone can give me a good protocol for isolation of astrocytes from adult rat brains. Thanks in advance.
