I would like to visualize a functional abundance from my sample as pie chart. I have found the Krona (hierarchical data to be explored with zoomable pie charts ). I would like to get something like this: http://marbl.github.io/Krona/examples/mg-rast.func.krona.html?dataset=0&node=0&collapse=true&color=false&depth=4&font=11&key=true. But I can not find any description how it was done. Help me please :)
Never used but I can suggest based on exploration on web. You might have gone through the same. But still answering.
