Does anybody know where to download codecs for The Observer XT11 and or XT13?

I am trying to observe mp4 videos using Observer. Videos run with no problem on VLC and BORIS animal behaviour software, but Observer 11 and 13 don't want to run the videos as it says codec missing. I reinstall Observer 11 (with all the codecs) and it is not working.
