Please tell me what to do to remove our paper from Turnitin software database. After checking the same file again and again, it is showing 100% similarity but this is my own written paper, by myself, and I don't know the paper ID for the uploaded file. Can I remove it with the help of the assignment title from the Turnitin databse system?
As far as I know, you can remove it by sending the paper ID to the concerned technical person of the Turnitin software. But since you have forgotten the ID, I think there is no solution for this.
You can try by sending the assignment title and ID to the technical staff of Turnitin.
I have also faced the same problem as I forgot the paper ID and had deleted the papers. I am using it past few months.
One thing you can do is you can neglect your already uploaded papers. There is an option to exclude papers which you do not want to match.
IMP: Before uploading any further papers, please select "no repository" in your settings. If you select that then the uploaded paper wont be saved in the turn-it-in website repository.
