Does anybody know about Mingjina Phosphoreted Mineral Liquid Medium?

In a paper by Z. Chen et al. 2008, they have used this medium for SEM studies of solubilized phosphate Particles. I could not find its reference. If someone has information regarding this medium, kindly share it.
