Hello a derivative of the plasmid called pstb-LAFR5 is deposited in addgene and is NGS sequenced (https://www.addgene.org/86169/).

cloned into the HindIII/PstI site to create the derivative above. Find two attached files one is the the sequence above and the other is the same file in which intervening sequencing between the restriction site is removed restoring the original non-modified pLARF5 (or the closest sequence to it given the current info). You can use snap-gene viewer to look at the files. Best of luck!
