My sister (42 yo) suffers from breast cancer for few years. She is after Chemotherapy, and both breast removal. Although the maximal intensive treatment she has recurrence of cancer cells again. Her doctor found the idea to try therapy with OLAPARIB.
Does anybody have experience with olaparib in treating of breast cancer???

Dear Joanna,
Your sister's doctor has to genetically determine ASAP whether or not she has HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer and possesses a germline BRCA mutation. This is the critical point to start olaparib monotherapy.
