I am looking for the specifications and instructions for use for HPLC column Aqua C18 (3um, 125A, 150 x 4.6 mm, Phenomenex). This is a rather old column, and I could not find this information on Phenomenex web site.
Marijana Erk: As Gang suggests, please contact Phenomenex for a specification sheet on this column. The column is still listed for sale on their USA website [https://www.phenomenex.com/products/aqua-hplc-column]. However, you already have most of the needed information at this time (i.e. Aqua 3 µm C18 125 Å, LC Column 150 x 4.6 mm). *This is an OEM branded C18 support that is described as being fully stable in water and suitable for some types of RP small molecule analysis. Before using the column, make sure you fully flush, wash and test it using appropriate standards to determine the present condition. Use of any older column without formal testing to insure it still meets specification would be a waste of time and materials. *Always test columns to verify condition before use.

Also, if you wish to use this HPLC column for development of a new sample method (vs just experimenting on your own), then you should consider using a currently available support to make any future transfers and/or analysis methods more reproducible. Regarding "instructions on use", please use it as you would any other C18 column with 3u particles (or ask a chromatographer for assistance).
