We have generated several GAL-overexpressed HALO-tagged proteins in yeast but have failed in our attempts to purify them using the resin-linked HALO-ligand (HaloLink Resin). Has anybody tried and succeeded in purifying HALO-tagged proteins from yeast cells?

just wondering if you've ever managed to purify your Halo-tagged proteins? I am currently experiencing a similar problem and it would be great to know if you've found a protocol that worked :-)
