I don't know how to prepare a report about life cycle assessment of a typical process or product. Hence, I need a sample to learn what to do step by step.

Please find below a link to the GHG Protocol Product GHG accounting standard. While it focuses on GHG the approach can apply to other impact areas. It also contains quite a few examples.
