I would like to calibrate (and eventually) validate the FAO AquaCrop model for groundnut but am having difficulty doing so, particularly as my experimental datasets do not represent the 'perfect' growing conditions i.e. zero soil fertility/salinity and water stress. To this end, I was wondering whether an AquaCrop default file existed, much like there is for maize etc. Or, in the absence of such a thing, can anyone suggest the best way of going about it given what I have (which is one season, one experiment with three different water treatments) and also bearing in mind the site is located in Southern Laos where datasets are few and far between and fragmented, at best!
