Dear Sandro, I can send you a copy privately. One correction: the journal name for this reference is "Prikl. Mat. Meh." only, which is a journal translated and published in English under the name "Journal of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics"; it also uses the acronym "PMM" for short. ("Akad. Nauk SSSR." is a different journal no longer in publication, unrelated to this particular article.) This article is from before the English translation of PMM began but Mathematics is the universal language!
