Hi Vinod, try biochemical assays separately (like oxidase, catalase etc) or biochemical kits, after you analyse which Gram bacteria you have in your samples. Good luck!

Dear Vinod: it is not possible to identify bacteria according to morfology only. It is necessary to characterize them by biochemical tests or by sequencing 16s rRNA gene.

I agree with the other suggestions on using biochemical tests and sequencing the 16s RNA gene - you may also try lipid profiling using GC-FAME and comparing profiles to MIDI database. Good luck! Bob

For FAME analysis identification, you can give isolated pure strain streaked on media plate. Each sample costs around Rs 4500 to Rs.5500.

FAME is best in case If you are not able to do DNA isolation, 16PCR.

Both will solve your purpose. 

Morphological,cultural,biochemical and molecular characterization (especially 16s rRNA sequecing) will help in the accurate identification of bacteria
