Before you sent the sample out, you would first need to specify what you are looking for. There are thousands of compounds in "Plants" and most of them require different types of chromatography methods to separate and detect them. Identify the chemical compound(s) or chemical class you are looking for first, then find methods of analysis to use to measure them.
Thanks for the reply, the plant needs to be profiled for phenolic compounds and specifically secoiridoid phenolics.
Check with your other universities in your area. There may be someone looking for a collaboration, or they could run it for a fee.

Thanks, but that is actually what i am doing, i am searching on the web and here too as certain specifications are required not an ordinary one that is available in many universities.
Thanks again for the reply, i have already done LC/MS/MS, i know that it is available and i have already done it, i have stated above that i need the high resolution system for more advanced analysis which is not commonly available. I have put the question as people in the field may give advice better than the web not because research gate is a vendor data base. I am already searching the web and i wish i could find an answer to my question. Thanks again.
