I need to buy system to chemiluminescence archivisation after western blot, and source of UV light for agarose gels with e. bromide. Does any of you have any experience with azure c300 (Azure biosystems) or Chemidoc MP (Bio-Rad). I worked before with Bio-Rad and I know more or less how this machine works and how works Bio-Rad's service/help desk. However, I don't have any expeirence with azure and I don't know what should I expect...
I use the Azure Biosystems C600, which is similar to the C300 but with more functions. It is very easy to use. Memory is limited on the tablet computer, so it is advisable to download the data files every so often.

Actually, we had a very rapid and helpful response from Azure when we had a problem recently. The problem was caused by a Microsoft software update, by the way, not the instrument.
