We usually receive many invitations of manuscript submission from different reputed journals. Recently I received a request from a reputed journal of Elsevier, but the website was not mentioned in that mail. So should I submit my manuscript via mail to that journal?

It seems to me that “good journals” have a submission website and don’t just get you to mail so I am sceptical already…
I fully agree with Joseph C Lee since most reputable journals will not email you unless you had a prior relationship with them. Journals are sometime cloned, so it is also best to access the journal via the publishers website (e.g. Elsevier in this case), since a search for the journal via Google may list the cloned journal's site before the real journal site.
Joseph C Lee is so true in this sense. Don't go for approaches like this. Nowadays journals are being cloned. Without proper portal never submit your manuscript to the jour via ambiguous email.
