I have come across that we shall identify the vesicle's neurotransmitter type by the presence of vesicular membrane transporter. But there is also possibility that the same vesicle has different type of vesicular membrane transporter!!!

It is unlikely that a single SV contains several different neurotransmitter transporters. These transporters display a differential localization in the brain and are known to reside on nonoverlapping vesicle subpopulations. Although, it is possible that a synaptic terminal contains two different types of SVs, the ones filled with classical neurotransmitter and the dense-core SVs, filled e.g. with dopamine (like in VTA area).
The presence of two neurotransmitters in same synaptic terminals imply the presence of two SV types.

It is unlikely that one type of vesicle have different neurotransmitter. there are different vesicle release such as in excitatory neurons is glutamate and in inhibitory neurons it may be GABA is been released. Are you want to work on motor proteins such as myosin and kinesin?
