Does a temperature and pressure sensor will be damage inside a vacuum storage?

i want to place a temperature and pressure sensor inside a desiccator to check the storage is vacuum or not.does the vacuum condition inside the desiccator will damage the sensor or not?what are the safety precaution i need to considered?

I think that the vacuum will affect on the temperature and pressure sensors according to the applied vacuum. increasing the vacuum will increase the probability of damaging the sensors.
