Does a protocol exist for perfusion fixation with Buffered formaldehyde for rabbits?

I would like to conduct an animal study on rabbits. We study brain and systemic toxicity through immunostaining. Perfusion fixation is therefore needed. I found a protocol for rodents by Cage et al. Article Whole Animal Perfusion Fixation for Rodents

. Does the same exist for rabbits. Could perfusion fixation be done after euthanasia?
