I don't think he's coming out of the circle of religion, and maybe Dr. Sajida Taha is better than answering her being a specialist in Islamic jurisprudence
The answer is absloutly No. A positive answer to that question may exclude a hugely number of Muslims from the the religion and destroy their hope to join the heaven. Good is the source mercy, Repentance make Allaah forgives all sins , many text in holy Quran encouraging people to repent and promise them with Forgiveness and mercy, check (sura al Forkan /68:70": " And those who do not call with Allah another god and do not kill the soul that Allah has forbidden except by the right and who do not commit adultery, and whoever does so will be punished. he will multiply the torment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will be ashamed of it, except for those who repent and believe and do good deeds, for Allah will change their bad deeds as good deeds, and Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
sorry i do not understand fully the question, are you asking whether a person who commits a crime such as murder or adultery, is released or excused of the act due to religion? I do not know what you mean by 'the circle of religion'. Religion is never an excuse to commit or not commit a crime, it is not based on criminological theory.
how do you translate Arabic or other languages to english so i can understand the comments, is there a section on here that does if for you, as i cannot read the previous answers, they are in a different language?
