The idea is the situation that all nations signed the Paris agreement only the US pulls out. This is the right time to do a comparative study by geographical regions. Instead of a meta-analysis of the literature, I would like to use a uniformed online survey, and I need local collaborators. I would like to collect and analyze all the data and have a joint study, but collaborators also will get the entire data set to make their additional studies.
I would be satisfied to have 10-20 countries included from all the continents. Australia, US, China, India, UK, Russia, some EU, some South American, and African nations are necessary to include.
