When you deposit Pb- perovskite layer in a glove box, what is the SOP of operating the glove box?

1) What is the pressure before and during deposition(over 1 atm or below?)

2) do you use the blower during deposition? If yes, at what speed? (like before deposition or different?)

3) do you purge the glove box after the deposition process? If yes, would you turn off the blower?
