I don't believe it at all. That was reality in the early Middle Age. The questioner does not give a well-founded and objectively differentiated thesis to enable a rational discussion. He should do that before it is even possible to have a meaningful discussion. Otherwise, some fantasies or ideologies will come to life.

We still have a long way to go dear! Hopefully, sometime in the near future. It is a collective responsibility and is going to require a lot of hard teamwork, cooperation, and dedication.

Certainly not. The next force is to reach advanced levels in building and managing scientific institutions. There is no scientific or human power without its protection. The Arabs either put them in prison, kill them, or abandon them.
Maybe, certainly one day they will get the chance and they will do good, it's difficult to predict when.
