Indubitably, in the world of academics, our success and recognition depend greatly on the way we connect to the members of the speech community to which we belong. As such, we need to expand our language skills in order to communicate both our thoughts and feelings to others , and as a result. we need to continually improve our skills, especially the art of communication. The main reason is that successful communication is a pursuit of excellence in academia and communicating effectively and engagingly is a sure investment on one's academic achievements.

Communication between members of the same field of specialty is very important nowadays as academics share information and knowledge. This interaction will help academics to build up on the findings of the latest research papers, and can lead to effectively face challenges and fill the gaps when peers offer support.

Yes, I do believe that without an advanced and good communication skills nothing will succeed in our life, but from my point view, communication should be based on self confidence,respect, and mutual trust among different communicators / parties / stakeholders...act whether it is at the organizational level or at the individual level.
