A developing country, also called a less-developed country, is a nation with a lower standard of living, underdeveloped industrial base, and low Human Development Index (HDI) relative to other countries.
Although am one from such countries but I don't see any problem to hear different opinions from different cultures, as long as it leads to push my culture forward and correct some mistakes entangle our development. Yes I agree that our sources for making well sponsored researches are limited and most of times not available, and at the same time not preventing us from making research with whats available. May be missing points make research more valuable or give a little pit a limited data, but we still trying to add something to science pathway.
