Though reviewing of scientific paper is the most important, tough and time consuming job in the publication process it remained unpaid. It is often found that the reviewing process of scientific articles is really time consuming and frequently the main cause for delay in publication in spite of fulfilling all the criteria for publication. Another issue is that, only the publishers and few related others are the only beneficial from the profits of journal selling. Do you think the reviewers should get remuneration for their contribution from the publishers? Will this enhance the quality and speed of reviewing?
