One of the things an employee who came to us from another community college in a different part of the country told me is that she was impressed by how beautiful our campus is. We are fortunate to have a top-notch horticulture program which is partly responsible for this. It creates an inviting work environment; plus, we hear nice comments from members of the community.

Even the star hotels and hospitals are now a days employing Horticulturalists.
