Third world country are facing economic crisis due to pandemic especially middle and lower income people. Hence, how a researcher can help to overcome the situation pls? Really worried...

Research development policies are very important. Attention must be paid to them constantly, not just during pandemics and economic crises.
for me the question is too general. There are different countries which belong to the "third world". I can imagine that in some of them the pandemia will trigger some changes. In other countries probably not. There are many examples of authorities (heads of states, presidents etc.) who does not believe in the COVID-19... If a country has an autoritarian political system, the pandemia will not trigger any changes. If a country authorities are wiser, the COVID may trigger some changes...
Why not, because the search for exit points to crises does not come by chance. Rather, it must be investigated and searched for outlets to exit from crises’of which is a crisis.
