Preprint Information for a Decision

The concept of information is not accurate because it involves abstractions and perceptions on the part of people who are reading the information itself. Perception being particularized enables the message to be properly interpreted so that there is adequate transformation for information; however, if the reading is done in a team, the perception of an individual will not predominate at the time of decision making, thus enabling the organization of an impartial decision making.
