Dear Dr. Dr- Huda Shihab jari , thank you for nice question.
Daily exercise is not the only a way to get healthy. Fasting and reducing the amount of food consumed and taking care of its quality is, in my opinion, more important than exercising daily. Exercises can stop for a variety of reasons. It can also be replaced by daily walking for a period, but eating cannot be stopped even for one day and does not dispense with it, so care of it in quantity and quality is the key to better health.
Exercise on a regular basis gives you the benefits. But the human body needs recovery. So the exercise on a regular basis and recuperation are both important for the benefits.
If you do not respect the recuperation needs of the body, you will get in overload and injuries will come.
Exercise is a form of physical activity. Exercise usually describes a pre-planned physical activity that involves a series of repetitive movements that are performed to strengthen or develop a particular part of the body, including the cardiovascular system. Examples of exercise would be playing tennis, running, cycling, walking, swimming or rowing. you can see
Daily is not necessary. I go by the CDC recommendation: ”at least 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) to 300 minutes (5 hours) a week of moderate-intensity, or 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes) to 150 minutes (2 hours and 30 minutes) a week of vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity, or an equivalent combination of moderate- and vigorous-intensity aerobic activity.”
Working out (drills) is supposed to be regularly and systematically taken. So that, people always get frustrated with it and give it up. According to my opinion and experience, if one wants to build a great healthy body, he has to be stuck with it and doesn't give any excuse.

Sport is the expression of life, activity and vitality. The person who exercises sport in his life is the person who is best able to express the spirit of life that is dynamic but by practicing sport he fulfills the goals of life and its goals that require effort and activity.
Regular exercise is ideal thing but two day off are necessary, as, people like me thinking that, oh, it is seven day regime, I am not going to do it, but if two offs are offered,...will try to build the routine.
It’s very important to take a day off from regular exercise at least once a week because your muscles need to repair themselves. Muscles grow when resting.
Health is wealth! A healthy mind stays in a healthy body. Apart from the belief that exercise is a reliable way to lose weight and maintain it consistently, there are many other benefits of exercise. In fact, I would like to say “regular exercise” instead of just exercise. Consistency is the key.

Exercises are need on a regular basis about 5 to 6 days in a week, about an hour per day. One or two days rest is required for the body to assimilate the effects of same and make changes in the body accordingly.
Yes, I completely agree that doing exercise on regular basis gives the desired benefit. The exercise can be yoga, meditation, walking, swimming, playing cricket, basket ball, foot ball, tennis etc., gardening, doing physical work at home etc. Depending on the person's trouble or to maintain fitness in health , they can suggest and can do the desired exercise. Exercise should be done daily and the benefits only will come slowly and will be permanent and this should not be stopped.
Daily not too intensive exercise I think is enough for academic activities. If one has other motivations (fitness, health ), of course, the intensity should be changed. As I know it is not recommended to do intensive workout every day.
