Hi, can someone tell me for how long I incubate drug treated cell line to investigate apoptosis by flow cytometry?

I wonder if someone could clarify to me , the best incubation period for drug treated cell line to detect early and late apoptosis that induced by the drug treatment by flow cytometry technique .
