Many of the courses of data analysis in biology are oriented to genomics or to the basics index of biodiversity (EDX, COURSERA, UDEMY). In ecology (functional, ecosystem, throphic) and in biology there are many problems that conventional statistic doesn´t solve very well. I known there are some about landscape genetics, but I want to find one to improve my analysis skills with computational tools and language programming (R, Python)...

I was recently made aware of this data carpentry course specifically targeting work with ecological data: http://www.datacarpentry.org/lessons/#ecology-workshop. They have all the course material freely online and also have a course for working in genomics if that is more interesting to you.
I haven't tried it myself, but have worked with software carpentry (sibling company to data carpentry) in the past and had good experiences. Such courses are usually targeted at a fairly low level of prior experience.
With regards to functional ecology there is a good book written by Nathan Swenson on functional and phylogenetic ecology in R. There is also a book about spatial analyses in R by Roger Bivand and colleagues. Another book available is Habitat Suitability and Distribution Models with Applications in R, written by Guisan, Thuiller, and Zimmerman. These books have the benefit of providing some theoretical and conceptual background to analyses, as well as practical examples. You may be able to find these books online although I am not sure.
