I want induce bleaching in anemones Aiptasia and then infecting them with zooxanthellae cultured in the laboratory. Will anyone share any strategies to induce bleaching without anemones die? Are there any protocol or studies, or do you have any recommendations?

I was looking for the best protocol to induce coral bleaching. There are some ways to induce it with differents results. Some of them take many days even weeks, like put an aquaria in darkness while feed the anemones with Artemia. Others protocols include the use of substances that cause a higher mortality on coral or zooxanthellae or both.
It is difficult to find the best one, the protocol with less time and high survivor rate to generated healthy aposymbiotic corals, for further studies. I was take in account every answer that I recieved
