I am looking for secondary data with a database of farms, suppliers, related financial data, harvest etc.. The more the better. I'd like to do data analysis to guide my research.

If you are also looking try FAO Stats on http://faostat3.fao.org/home/E ... they have datasets one can download with tools that one can use to manipulate all data online.

Hi Matthew, this doc is very useful ... I had to create a data inventory for InfoUSA and at least now I have a view of what's available at Nielson.
