Any reference on this subject will be very helpful. Since here, in Zamora Chinchipe, Ecuador we can find 8 species of Magnolia within ca. 10 000 km2, it is richer, in terms of species of Magnolia, than  other place in the New World. But I wonder how rich is the Zamora Chincipe  region in comparison with other areas in ASIA.
