Do you know of papers with large experiments reporting CFUs?

I would like to test a few statistical approaches to analyzing CFU (colony forming units) data. For this, I am looking for a suitable body of data with large numbers of experiments reporting CFUs for bacterial growth (preferably high two digit numbers of replicates per group).
