Targeting murine specific MHC molecules would probably be the best.  They will vary depending on which murine species you are using, but they are typically identified as H-2(X) antigens for MHC class I and I-A(X) antigens for MHC class II, where the (X) will vary with species.

Should be no problem, we have plenty antibodies specific to rodents with no possibility to cross-react to human proteins. Thanks but looking for something more generic.  I guess I should have mentioned that principle use would be by chromogenic IHC. Concerned that  MHC molecule targets may be difficult to capture as I am not necessarily in control of sampling.
