I was just invited to publish in JPSA as well, and was inspired to do some googling. I came across this, which seems to indicate that I'm being scammed. Please be aware if you received similar emails.

I sent a paper in February last year. It was rewritten in the journal format and published in May 2014. It appears on some Chinese sites and data base. I received too a hard copy of the Journal issue. Of course, against a fee.
At present, only Thomson Reuters provide the valid science citation index (SCI) service. Journal Citation Reports (JCR) list the impact factors of journals appearing in SCI and SCI Extended (SCIE). IFs of the journals, those qualify SCI/SCIE list are considered valid only. However, there are other indexing services who offer calculation of IFs (usually paid) and are less stringent in mechanism as compared to Thomson Reutors.
I have some problem for sending my work , I would like to receive a reply as soon as possible because I am afraid others researchers might have similar results. ihope your journal exists in Thomson Reutors' list
I have seen that it has GIF 0.673. It started its journey from 2011. Since citation number evaluates the IF, so it may come out with IF number in future
