Hello Guys.
I need to design three different Taqman probes for my real time PCR, so I'd like to know if some of you know something about it, any website or tool that I can use
Regards.
Dear Cristian
I hope the following links and article will be useful to you.

Hi Cristian,
I recommend Primer3 free software but you can also use the following on line primer design tools. Best Luck.
http://qpcr.probefinder.com/organism.jsp
http://www.autoprime.de/AutoPrimeWeb
You can use Beacon Designer and can be downloaded from http://www.premierbiosoft.com/qpcr/
Additionally, better contact the manufacturer, they themselves can assistance in designing potent probes.
