With more agile working structures Feedback Cutlrue is one of today's hot topics in companies. I am writing a short article about the success factors for an effective feedback culture which includes conclusions from empirical studies on reference-norms. I know a lot of findings from a pedagogic environment. Now I am wondering whether there are studies on the impact of different reference-norms from a working environment.
