Is academic writing a skill that can be learnt only by doing? Or is it something that can be learnt through teacher instruction? Do you have experience with writing training? Do you know somebody who can coach this?
Read and write; every single day. The key attributes of scientific writing are: clarity, brevity, and density: these are also the key attributes of poetry . . .
San Francisco Edit has a very useful guide for writers of scientific articles: https://www.sfedit.net/newsletters.htm
Before being able to produce academic writing (AW), you need to be exposed to the principles and conventions of AW through tuition by a specialist teacher. If I take thesis writing as an example of AW, students learn by doing, but without background readings of these principles of writing and methodology, students will find it difficult to cope. Training in this plus practice and the opinion of peers are very important. You may have advice, comments, guidelines from people that can read your production. Of course, there are many online sites that promise to do this after you pay them, but I cannot advise you to undertake that. I am sure that in your surroundings there are people that can do that.
