In traditional medicine, some material, such as proper mineral can bleach teeth and some are consumed to darken hair. we need some organic composition( name of material/ plant) for changing skin color and evaluation of mechanism. do you know any? thanks a lot
I know for example of solar creams which could make you tanned,and maybe turn your skin red/orange. Mybe in the same way you could try for bleaching the skin.

I don't know what are your intentions. The question is about skin bleaching. Here are some tips, but you have to keep in mind that most of these substances as bleaching (skin-whitener) agents are produced synthetically, and that in plants they can be very toxic. From my clinician's viewpoint I have to say that the clinical effect of these substances is mostly unsatisfying and not convincing.
Hydroquinone - Eriodictyon parryi or poodle-dog bush, propolis; Arctostaphylos uva-ursi – bearberry containing arbutin which is converted to hydroquinone. Very tiny amounts of arbutin are found in wheat, pear skins, and some other foods. It is also found in Viburnum opulus and Bergenia crassifolia.
Kojic acid - produced by several species of fungi, especially Aspergillus oryzae, which has the Japanese common name koji.
Azelaic acid - wheat, rye, and barley. It is produced naturally by Malassezia furfur (also known as Pityrosporum ovale), a yeast that lives on normal skin.
