Definitely, You can try through Internet-). But..., I know the answer.
In any case, You can find SMAA-Tri for sorting problems.
And.., what's is your purpose to use just Electre methods. For the same problems You may use PROMETHEE, and it's more effective in most cases (it's my subjective opinion!). Please, find DecisionLab.
But, if U are going to use or/and teach different MCDA methods (including MAVT, MAUT, TOPSIS, PROMETHEE, AHP, etc.), U can try work with the
DecernsMCDA. It's the only system which includes all the main existing classical and new MCDA methods, including uncertainty treatment with the use of probabilistic methods and fuzzy numbers). (ProMAA, FuzzyMAA, FMAVT). See
I downloaded, it was all about Decerns and unfortunately it doesn't support electre.
I'm going to learn electre family before promethe and smaa-tri.
I have learnd electre I&II&III. I think electre I and III are more usefull.I have to use electre family, that's why I have to teach them and their softwares. now I'm going to learn their softwares as soon as possible. but I haven't found free software yet. you didn't tell about electre's softwares.
These methods can be implemented in an excel sheet. Maybe you can find at google "electre filetype:xls" "electre filetype:xlsx" or "electre filetype:ods"
