I don't know about any such places. I would think it is a bit early for this, especially places provided by public authorities because planning, funding and building usually take several years.

Generally I think that it would be helpful to make pathes etc. so wide that one can keep the recommended distance. But hopefully it will not be necessary in the longer run.

Maybe the Piazze Aperte and Strade Aperte plans for Milan, Italy can answer to your question.

In general I don’t know how much "design for distancing" is needed as the most efficient interventions against covid are strict ones like lockdowns. The countries with the most success against covid (New Zealand, Japan, Australia, China...) didn’t change anything in the design of the public spaces as far as I know.

Churches in Ethiopia are where hundreds of peoples pray together. Social distancing is applied by drawing boxes each having 1meter distance. Everybody should stand in each box alone and pray.

There are some examples in Sweden. Even film festival in Gothenbourg is adjusted to social distancing. There are some restaurants also where only one client allowed. And of course many public places were prepared during Christmas break.

Public spaces can be very different, and it's not clear which examples of public spaces you're particularly interested in. I can assume that it's important to see what conclusions are drawn for designing new spaces or redesigning existing ones.

Typical examples of public spaces are museums with their exhibition spaces. You can look at what the museum communities have concluded about changes in the planning of future exhibitions. They were hit hard by the epidemic and were forced to reflect on what was happening and make detailed plans for the future. Many reports and plans were already published late last year.
