Hello! Currently I am working on a research about different methodologies of urban public spaces evaluation/their impact assessment. The only comprehensive projects with explicit measurement instructions I could find were established in the US.
Do you know any documents/brochures of this type formulated by state agencies/private agencies in other countries? (there is an example attached below)

Malaysia uses mainly urban design approaches and dimensions to evaluate the quality o urban public spaces. You may see their latest 11th plan towards realizing their vision 2020. Furthermore, researchers (not governmental agencies) are giving more interest to environmental psychology to evaluate the quality in terms of responsiveness and inclusiveness of public open spaces. Focusing mainly on the concept of "place attachment".
