Hi, professor Guido Maggioni ([email protected]) from the University of Urbino, Italy was involved in such a project in the city of Fano (Italy), a medium sized city on the adriatic coast (approx 65.000 inhab.). I fear the book and the reports are in Italian. But if you can read Italian he might be able to send you a copy (if still available).

Thanks a lot  Yuri Kazepov. I knew the city Fano but I didn't know there is a project. I will try to look although my italian is not enough.
