Maybe there are tables or expressions of these coefficients ???
If you have access to MATLAB, I would use its implementation of Chebyshev filters, it's a one-liner:
[b,a] = cheby1(n,Rp,Wp,ftype)

Dear Edgar Guevara I used this function but the coefficients do not equal to above coeff.
I performed very "smart" tranformation of "b" and solve the problem but I have no theoretical explanation of this transormation. The central term of "b" must be changed and
the signs of all term are variables.
Maybe you can give me theoretically correct method.?
